Group run at Soledad-as high elevation as we could get here, above a mile so it helps you feel more mentally prepared for next Saturday but we will be 3,000 ft higher! The body does what it does at elevation. According to Whoop, I was recovered well with HRV up to 84. "You capitalized on your body's ability to take on high strain" with a Strain Score of 16.1. Took a nap afterward & was still tired.
