Plan: Track workout-2mi WU, 8x400 at 2:10-2:00 on 400 jog, 2mi CD. Since my run Tuesday on campus went so well, I returned and since the loop there is 0.7 mi., asphalt and not marked otherwise, just used 0.25 mi. increments on my watch, pushing the lap button so Coach could see my splits. Very pleased!
Whoop says recovery was excellent again this morning with HRV at 55. It gave this run a 17.3 Strain Score.
