Waking: HRV Elite says 59 with meter green/9. HR went as low as 39.5.
2mi WU, 6x800 at 4:00 on 400 jog, 1mi CD. Started pumping my arms after the first few and that felt good! Wore the Whoop strap and put in the AHR & max from that. It looks like a mountain range, getting steeper on every 800. Very pleased with this workout!
