Notes
This run combines some harder running and hill sprints. Notes to Coach: Miles 3 & 4 were basically on pace, as far as I can tell but I forgot to push lap until I started the hill sprints so that extra 0.44 mi recovery brought the pace down, and the hill was further away than I thought & certainly more than 3 min. I know you had more work planned for me today but this is what I had in me.
