Notes

Part II-Came up with a cool trick to keep it positive during a treadmill workout! I was facing a mirror so during this last fast mile, I alternated giving the guy in the mirror a thumbs up left/right, every other beat to Private Idaho covered by Raimundos. Once again, thought I had the workout memorized but did it in 8:13 instead of 8:20! Then the CD mile.
