Plan was 2mi WU, 5x800 at 3:50 on 400m jog, 4x200 at 53 on 400 jog, 1mi CD. After the warm up, what I did was 800's in 4:07, 4:01, 4:00 & 4:03. I stopped doing intervals and did a 1.22 mile recovery jog. My post-workout note said, "This is all I had in me dealing with the heat."
