5 min run/1 min walk. Hip didn't bother me until the end of the planned 30 min. PT back home says the problem is when pain lingers for a long time afterwards & that hasn't been the case lately. He also said there's a difference between hurt & harm: running may hurt but that doesn't mean it's doing harm. Unsure about that idea. Whoop says my HRV has been all over the place & gave this run a 9.9 Strain Score.
