I can go a little further than last time before the hip pain comes on. I'll take any progress, no matter how small! Very happy to be out on a sunny but cold morning! As per the PT's orders, I did the updog-type exercises before & after and engaged the core during the run, trying to pull my belly button toward my spine.
According to Whoop, I'm in good shape with my HRV at 69. It gave this run a 8.7 Strain Score.
