Waking: Whoop says "your body is ready to respond high strain (18+). Your HRV is 13% better than your recent average. This is a sign your body is ready to take on strain." 93% recovery. Still behind on sleep even though I'm spending enough time in bed.
Sped up mostly on the downhills so that's pretty fun & easy!
