Dumbbell routine, 2 sets. Soup kitchen day and we went to the gym afterwards. 10 lbs. Skipped the split squat in the 2nd set when I realized it was hurting my knee. According to Whoop, recovery is at 95% today with HRV up to 45 & RHR at 53.
