Plan got moved around some but I knew I wanted to complete an earlier planned 2.5 hrs easy aerobic, so I did. It went great! Rode around my hilly part of town, then down into the valley. Went to the bike store for a patch kit and gas cartridge. Elapsed time included a few stops for a Honey Stinger protein bar & a HS gel and to refill my bottle at a church. I feel ready for the du! Avg speed 10.9 & max 32.2. According to Whoop, recovery is normal and it gave this a 13.3 Strain Score. Max HR was on the final hill home.
