Thought about the podcast by Simon Sinek that Coach Neely wanted me to listen to and where he talks about setting a stupidly low goal. Mine is to run 1020 miles for the year so that's 2.8 miles per day avg. It's been easy to stay above that! Whoop says recovery is good today with RHR down & HRV at 65. It gave this run a 13.5 Strain Score. HR dropped way down to about 100 during the portaloo stop so that's why it was 140 avg. but she wants me to keep it under 140 on easy runs so I'll have to start using the Polar chest strap and watch my watch.
