2mi WU, 3x3min hard on 2min easy, 3x2min hard on 2min easy, 3x1min hard on 2min easy, 2mi CD. With a big smile! Noticed there are some places next to the sidewalk with big gravel similar to what my friend said about the marathon course so I ran on that when I could. According to Whoop, recovery is still excellent! It shows a nice increase in HR during the hard bits of the run & gave it a 14.1 Strain Score. 15-17 is more typical for this type of run so I'm pleased with the adaptation!
