2mi WU, 2 sets of 6x30sec hard on 90sec easy with 3min between sets, 2mi CD. WU didn't feel as easy as I'd hope but now I see the humidity is high for us so that makes sense. Turnover on fast bits felt great! According to Whoop, recovery is still excellent. It says my RHR of 51 is 7.1% lower than my recent avg. HRV is at 33. It gave this run a 15.2 Strain Score and says "you spent 34 minutes at 80-90% of your max HR." Checking off process goal of high HR on this one, 182!
