LT. Decided before the run to only do 3 mile intervals instead of 4 from the plan to beat the heat, rising quickly. Happy with the effort and also tried to watch my watch to hit the paces so I see that turned out pretty well too! The CD was almost as hard as the mile intervals. Don't have my Whoop HR data yet but I suspect my HR was still elevated quite a bit. It does say that my recovery is consistently high with HRV at 43 & RHR at 52! Added later-HR data is in & I didn't put in avg because it included the bathroom break and of course HR was much lower for that time period. HR climbed on the graph during each mile interval as you'd expect, like climbing three mountains, each taller than the next! It says "you spent 29 minutes at 80-90% of your max HR."
