Better to overcount, Coach said! Plan was 12x20sec hard on 40sec easy (hard is about mile race effort) after mi 3, to work on turnover. Did lose track counting at one point & looks like I did 13, lucky 13.. Turnover felt good with hard effort on the striders so that's why I marked it an 8. HR should be accurate because I replaced the battery on the chest strap. Whoop tends to run higher because it said AHR was 147 with a max of 182 & a Strain Score for the run of 15.4.
