Joined Randy & Cosette for the first 3.2 miles and then I was on my own. If I were a morning person, I would get there early and do the extra 1.8 miles before them and that would be easier! According to Whoop, my recovery is great with HRV at 92. It gave this run a 14.0 Strain Score (it's a very hilly route compared to the campus run I did yesterday so although that was a workout, this was higher strain!)
