Had so much fun on State Police Hill, I had to return! 10 x 15 sec. hill sprints this time, walking down between for recovery. Perceived effort of 8 was on the hill sprints so that's why I marked it that way for the run. According to Whoop, recovery is elevated today with HRV at 79. I noticed how tight & sore my IT bands were yesterday but today they felt pretty good!
