2mi WU, 10x30 sec hill repeats w/ 2min jog down recovery, 2mi CD. Nice to see my HR get up there near max! I enjoyed myself and saw other people out running, walking, kids playing, etc. and I wanted to be with a running group. Then I told myself they wouldn't be doing this same workout anyway!
