Always trust a fartlek! 1.5mi WU, 2x30sec hard on 90sec easy, 4x1min hard on 2min easy, 2x30sec hard on 90sec easy, 1.5mi CD. Marked effort as 9 because I did 90% effort on the faster bits. Whoop says recovery is back to normal with HRV at 45 & RHR back down to 56! It gave this run a 13.5 Strain Score.
