Danny Ray Sanchez 5k. I felt nervous & a little sick to my stomach at the start. Stopped for water halfway and kept scoping out my AG competition. The guy in the blue shirt who passed me ended up being in the next AG, strangely enough, so that was a relief! Dry heaves at the finish line and a new max HR since I started tracking it this year. Last data I have is from fall of '13 when I hit 181 and it does drop as we get older.
