Notes

Treadmill program: warm up + workout with 1 min. hard & 2 min. recovery + cool down. Hard intervals were 3% grade and much faster. I was doing the "hill intervals" the whole time and much faster in the middle after a 15-minute warm up and then I did a 20-minute cool down so it simulated a Las Cruces run pretty well because the "hills" were constant.
