A gazillion kids at the city pool so a hassle, but Sharon was able to walk in the part with a current which should help heal her gastroc. My body is very happy with yesterday's effort: HRV of 110 & RHR of 56! I did get 10 hours of sleep so that helped! Whoop gave this swim a Strain Score of 9.7.
