Notes

Strength Training for Stabilizing Muscles. According to Whoop, recovery is excellent this morning with HRV up to 38 & RHR down to 52! Went with Sharon to the gym. Now I'm doing 3 x 12 on the exercises, still with 20 lb. on the Farmer's Walk & 12 lb. on everything else. Whoop gave this a 4.1 Strain Score.
