Did the warm up with a guy from the running group and then he turned around. The 20 min @MP was all I had in me today. I stopped to regroup and try to decide how much further I could maintain the pace in that heat. I had my water bottle as usual so hydration wasn't an issue. Might have been low on fuel because all I had for lunch was a smoothie-trying to get my weight back where I want it.
