Gallup hike. Whoop says I'm back to a "yellow" recovery day with HRV at 39. Started raining right after we climbed up up up to the top of Pyramid Trail. Jogged a little at the end to get to the car and go back to get Sharon out of the rain. Whoop gave it a 12.4 Strain Score.
