Notes

From a shuffle to race pace. I used a nice tool for these types of runs, a Podrunner ramp mix on my iPod that goes from 140 bpm to 180 (except I didn't start it at the beginning of the run so it didn't go that far). Started a low nickel diet today after the dermatology test showing a high nickel sensitivity.
