Waking: Whoop says it a "yellow" recovery day of 51% with HRV at 51.
A real struggle & I'm disappointed I didn't do all 4 miles of the tempo portion. It only rained during part of the run. Made excuses to myself like didn't have time. It is true I would've been 10 min. late to the meeting I'm in now but I could've started 10 min. earlier! Whoop gave it a 15.4 Strain Score & pointed out that my HR was higher than in most runs.
