Not as much tempo as planned but still a good run. Finished in a storm. Morning HRV was okay at 65 but RHR excellent at 51. According to Whoop, I had near maximal strain with this run, "more strenuous than 95% of all days across Whoop athletes." 2 mi WU, then 2.65 mi @9:27. A little frustrating when that's a tempo pace & I can't hold it long, then have to take walk breaks.
