Some instability-that's why I stopped. Felt like I could trip & fall a couple of times and I think it's the sciatica that's causing it. Thought about going to the gym for XT today and definitely will tomorrow instead of running! According to Whoop, my recovery is excellent today with HRV at 61. It gave this run a 12.4 Strain Score and said, "Well done. You balanced high recovery with high strain."
