Yes, as Coach Neely says, I'm aerobically strong. Hydration/fueling: First bottle heading out was water, then after one 5-mile loop, refilled with Skratch, same at 10, pretty standard. New twist was eating 2 homemade rice cakes during each stop back here. Worked well! Whoop says recovery is excellent again with HRV at 36 & gave this run a 19.5 Strain Score. It shows HR climbing fairly steadily throughout the run.
