Waking: HRV 66 with meter green/10. RHR went as low as 33!
Came up with this by recycling a workout from the spring but dropping two reps. Did better! Like I posted on social media, was thinking today about how I'm not the same person as when I first started working with Coach Neely. This run proves it! Didn't have the confidence before to go to the track, do 10 reps AND pick up the pace, especially in the heat and when I'm on a break from Neely's schedule. Splits were 56, 54, 54, 54, 54, 51, 54, 53, 53 & 51.
