ActivTrax said to do these but I had to substitute a different machine because I didn't see the Seated Back Extension one: Cable Crossover, Seated Chest Press, Pec Fly, Seated Row, Seated Back Extension, Low-Pulley Upright Row, 1-Arm Curl with Twist and Kick Back.
