Waking: Elite HRV this time at 66 with meter green/9. HR went as low as 33.57 (how am I even alive?). Very consistent with CV just under 10%.
Used Podrunner "Upgrade" from 140 to 170 bpm. Whoop on during the run & shows the HR going way up in the 2nd half as expected & gave the run a 12.6 score.
