Notes

Runners Strength & Core Workout. In week 3 of this now, I did notice the extra 5 seconds on the prone plank. Whoop gave this a 4.2 Strain Score. I liked the way my chest, arms & shoulders felt when I was done, a physical sense of accomplishment!
