Notes
Copied from 5/30-plan 2mi WU, 3xmile at 8:30 with 3min easy jog between, 1mi CD~6. Certainly hit the effort if not the paces or exact distances! "Ran out" of favorable downhill on the last one-had cherry picked the flat or lower spots for the first 2 mile intervals and then it was up every direction.
My arms are really sore from the cross-country skiing!
