2mi WU, 4x1min hill on 2min jog down, 4x30sec hill on 90sec jog down, 1mi CD. Really enjoyed this! Thought it said to walk down the hill instead of jog down. Oh well. According to Whoop, my recovery this morning was okay with HRV at 73 & RHR at 57. It gave this run a 12.0 Strain Score.
