Right after the 2nd Moderna shot. Felt fine but near the end I noticed my HR seemed to climb, and I was solo, of course, and without my phone, started walking just in case! Whoop shows a slow steady increase until I started walking. It says my recovery is excellent with HRV at 50. It gave this run a 9.3 Strain Score.
