Weather turned out beautiful today! 10 x 1 min. hill sprints. Headwind on the jog down recoveries to cool me off. Nice uptick of pace/cadence on the sprints, pretty consistent, either 0.11 or 0.12 mi on each. Treated myself to ice cream with lunch when I got home! According to Whoop, recovery was normal this morning. It gave this run a 16.1 Strain Score and said, "Building aerobic capacity. You spent 48 minutes at 80-90% of your max HR." Max HR 173 was during the hill sprints, of course.
