Whoop says "body is rested. Your RHR is normal." 100% of sleep needed. HRV 47. Neighborhood streets that aren't quite as hilly as the others, experimenting with giving the hip flexor a break while still training. Whoop gave this a 7.2 Strain Score. Will take the day off from running tomorrow because Sharon & I have a few things to do & that'll make it easier. Maybe a massage too!
