track workout-plan was for 4 mile repeats @10k pace with 3-minute recovery jogs. Really, I mean 1600m intervals which is pretty darn close and I used the stopwatch only on Garmin because it measures long-1.64 km for 4 laps on the inside lane
8:20-okay that sounds about right
8:11-Is this too fast?
8:08-apparently not
8:06-I actually backed off
I could have done more! I was after quality, not quantity, though. I so wish this would have been a 5k or 10k race. I want an accurate 10k badly even though I've got about 5 different online predictor things.
