Hill surge run-plan: run a hilly loop and push all the uphill portions at a controlled but focused effort. Had a group run at 6:15 planned and could have done the first few miles with them but turned off the alarm! I know I need my sleep but it got hot later! We go to bed around 10:00 so I don't know how to get more sleep. According to Whoop, recovery was normal this morning with HRV at 35. It gave this run a 16.1 Strain Score.
