Ride scheduled with optional run so I ran off the bike. 1:20:20 on the bike for 14.53 miles estimated avg power 61W. Transition in the courtyard of our house was 2:14, a little longer than I would like but with the cooler weather, needed to shed the jacket before the run which is my plan for the 2nd run at the du. Also shed the bike shorts because I'm not running with "a diaper" on! Saved a few seconds by only single-knotting my running shoe laces. My habit is to double-knot them to keep them from coming untied. 20 min run with the 4 striders came to 1.75 miles. According to Whoop, recovery is normal and it gave this a 11.7 Strain Score and max HR was during the striders.
