Note to Coach: Kept HR under 140! Can be a little tricky to keep HR down on this route with a few climbs. By the way, weekly weigh-in was good again, 151.4 so very consistent lately. Whoop says my recovery is also consistently excellent with HRV at 119, "primed to perform." It gave this run a 12.7 Strain Score. Sticky icky out there.
