Rushing around like a usual Wednesday, but this time choir was cancelled so I was meeting a friend for a beer. My insides didn't feel good yesterday so I took a rest day. HRV is down today in the red zone, no surprise. Fun to run in this hilly neighborhood where I lived the first 9 months here.
