Recovery run with hill sprints at the end. Did the hammertoe stretch 3 times before the run-twice bending the toes and once straightening the 2nd toe. Perceived effort was a 1 until the hill sprints. Complete joy! Strava says my cadence going up on the sprints was in the 180's and that sounds right, good turnover. It's about a 15% grade hill.
