Plan: 2mi WU, 4mi tempo, 2mi CD, run on HR. Another great run! Don't know what the deal is with the HR readings during the middle but it happens and Whoop shows a steady increase to 171, probably in the 160's because I think it tends to run high. It gave this a 16.2 Strain Score.
