Easy breezy (more breezy than easy). Winds gusting to 33 mph. According to Whoop, recovery is good with HRV at 54. It gave this run a 12.3 Strain Score. At the end, did a strider, 100m, on the turn at the track. That's when my HR shot up to 173. Wasn't supposed to be there because the track is closed to the public, even though I work there (for now), so one of the female student athletes running her sprints gave me a funny look. Oops.
