Morning Elite HRV meter green/6 on the parasympathetic side. HR went as low as 34. Weekly CV is 6.5%. Whoop says my HRV is 73 so the two measurements match for a change. Says I'm in a great recovery mode.
Longest swim ever! Felt like I could go forever!
