Beth is running the 100k and said she was doing about 10 miles, tapering, so I joined her, ramping up for me! Now I know what it'll feel like afterwards. It's been a while since I hit double digits and on a challenging trail at that! Whoop says "You built up significant cardiovascular load" and gave it a 15.4 Strain Score.
